We can conduct one-to-one sessions or group sessions with teams using our emotional intelligence tools and action planning.

How does Me Inc. Help work?

After an initial consultation, you will complete an online assessment, which takes approximately 15-minutes. Based on your answers, an emotional intelligence report will be generated. Me Inc. Help will arrange a 60-minute session with a certified coach to develop an action plan to identify areas of growth. Additional coaching sessions can be arranged to deepen and advance your action plan.
